Important information before you order:
How is the devices centered horizontally on the 1U/2U rack profiles?
If you order a rackprofile for one device we will do as follows:
10″ inch rackprofile: We will center the device on the center of the rack profile.
19″ inch rackprofile: We will center the device on the left half.
If you order a rackprofile for 2 devices or more:
10″ inch rackprofile: We will place the 2 devices symmetric as possible.
19″ inch rackprofile: We will place the first device on center left-half, and the second one center the right half.
What is chassis connectors?:
Chassis connectors is an easy way to get e.g ethernet ports, HDMI ports, USB ports which is located at the rear or on the side of your things/devices andget access to them from the front of the Rack. They all have female to female connectors so remember to source your own male to male cable, for example an ethernet patch RJ45 cable, an HDMI to HDMI cable, etc.Â
Did you order Chassis connectors?:
We will mount those in the order of positions you selected and the left side of the device in the following position. For example: Pos 1: Chassis-connector HDMI port and then Pos 2: RaspPi4.
Did you order both RaspPI and chassis connectors for use with the PI:s?:
Chassis connectors ordered with RaspPI boards, the chassis connector will not add to the total width reference measure, as we mount it within the 10cm width “occupied” by the RaspPI4 (chassis conn on the left side of board). Contact us if you need more clarifications or write in the order text how you would like the order to be in, etc. Thank you
