4 screws included and the silvergrey color is very close to the UniFi color. We use as always injection molded front panels, not 3D printed front panels. The rear arms are 3D printed in PETG. The kit comes with a box for the Power supply, fits both the 210watt and the smaller 42/61watt(when no PoE switch)
