How is the devices placed/mounted 1U/2U rack profiles?
First you always select either a 1U or 2U base panel, this one is blank and you can decide to use it as a blank or add OCD-TIR cut-outs and/or add devices:
If you order a base panel with OCD-TIR panel cut-outs:
We will place the cut-outs as you see in the pictures, Either full width, left half or right-half.
If you order 2 cut-outs/OCD-TIR parts:
We will mount them from left to right in that order you select if production method allow it, otherwise we may change/modify the order ourselves.
What is chassis connectors?:
Chassis connectors is an easy way to get e.g ethernet ports, HDMI ports, USB ports which is located at the rear or on the side of your things/devices andget access to them from the front of the Rack. They all have female to female connectors so remember to source your own male to male cable, for example an ethernet patch RJ45 cable, an HDMI to HDMI cable, etc.Â

What is chassis connectors?:
Chassis connectors is an easy way to get e.g ethernet ports, HDMI ports, USB ports which is located at the rear or on the side of your things/devices and get access to them from the front of the Rack. They all have female to female connectors so remember to source your own male to male cable, for example an ethernet patch RJ45 cable, an HDMI to HDMI cable, etc.Â

What is chassis cable connectors?:
Chassis connectors is an easy way to get e.g ethernet ports, HDMI ports, USB ports which is located at the rear or on the side of your things/devices and get access to them from the front of the Rack. They all have a cable about 20cm from male to female chassis connector so you no need for any extra cable.
Did you order accessories such as e.g. connectors?:
We will mount those in the order of positions you selected, we do however reserve the right to change the guidelines without notice to avoid delayed production.
