This DIN mount fits on standard (DIN standard) which is used for electrical panels, this way the Edgerouter can be placed between fuses and other electrical components. The mount is relased from the DIN-rail by lifting up the small lever on the top with a small flat-type screwdriver. Very easy to release and mount from the front.
